Shipping

Most on-line shipping and handling charges are calculated automatically. All items are shipped after payment has been received.  In most cases, shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  On some items Fitness Concepts, Incorporated will run specials, in which the freight will be paid by Fitness Concepts, Incorporated or shipping will be included in the sale price.  Large and/or heavy items are shipped by common carrier and are drop-off/curbside only.  Inside delivery or lift gate arrangements will not be included unless specified otherwise by the customer.  If you request inside delivery or a lift gate, arrangements can be made however this will incur an additional charge.  Please make these arrangements at the time the order is placed by contacting the Fitnessconcepts.net customer service department @ 800-371-8612.  Orders will not be processed without customer approval of all additional charges.  If the product that you purchased requires assembly, it will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  Fitness Concepts, Incorporated does not provide installation outside its delivery area. 
 
 
The following time frames outline shipping times for ordered items:
In Stock Items: Within 7 business days of receipt of payment
Special Order Items: Within 14-21 business days of receipt of payment
 
From time to time items are back ordered which may delay shipping outside the above times that are allotted.  In this instance Fitness Concepts will inform you of how long it will be before the item(s) are shipped.  Should you have any questions regarding shipping please feel free to contact us at 800-371-8612.
 
Do to shipping regulations and restrictions; delivery to an APO, FPO or a PO Box is not available at this time.
 
Free Shipping/Shipping Included:
This offer is available on selected items and only applies to addresses within the continental United States.  It does not include inside delivery or lift gate requirements.
 
Expedited Shipping:
Contact Customer Service at 800-371-8612 for arrangements.
 
Trucking Deliveries:
Unless otherwise stated, trucking deliveries will be drop-off/curbside only.  Arrangements must be made by the customer to have someone present to receive and unload the equipment.  For all non-curbside delivery arrangements, Customer Service must be contacted prior to order placement.  All additional shipping services requested after order processing will be the responsibility of the customer.  Additional charges may apply to all deliveries, even if “Free Shipping/Shipping Included” is stated due to unusual road/driveway circumstances or other situations that restrict or delay delivery.
 
Important Note:
Before accepting any trucking delivery, all items should be thoroughly examined for signs of damage.  If any damage is found and delivery is accepted, the damage must be noted on the carrier release form and reported to Fitness Concepts, Incorporated Customer Service at 800-371-8612.  Fitness Concepts will not be responsible for freight damage once you accept the item(s) shipped to you.  If item(s) appear to be damaged refuse shipment and notify Fitness Concepts immediately @ 800-371-8612.
