FitnessConcepts.net wants you to be satisfied with every purchase
you make from our company. If you are dissatisfied for any
reason you may return the unused product(s) that you purchased
from us for a 100% refund of the purchase price (minus shipping
and handling) within thirty (30) days of purchase. PLEASE NOTE:
This policy excludes special, custom and commercial orders.
If you wish to return an item you must get prior authorization
from Fitness Concepts Inc. At that time we will issue a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA Form) via email, fax or
mail. Please complete this form and return to Fitness Concepts,
Incorporated. A customer service representative will then
contact you and provide you a RMA number along with any additional
return instructions. All items must be returned freight
pre-paid by the purchaser, in original packaging.
Upon inspection and approval of the condition of the returned
merchandise, Fitness Concepts, Incorporated will issue a credit
in the form the original purchase was made within thirty, (30)
days from receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
Any returned product(s) that was/were purchased with a “Free
Shipping / Shipping Included” special will have the shipping
costs deducted from the refund. All shipping and handling
charges will be refunded for product(s) shipped in error or damaged.
Fitness Concepts Incorporated reserves the right to inspect all
returned product(s) and may reduce the credit of the product(s)
if it is returned damaged and/or if all the contents of the product(s)
are not returned. Please be sure to include all original
packaging, manuals, instructions as well as other items that accompanied
the product(s) shipped. Failure to do so will cause your
returned item(s) to be refused and will not be accepted or in
the very least, reduce the amount of funds credited to you, for
your return.
Be sure to thoroughly inspect all packages that are shipped to
you and make sure that item(s) shipped are received in satisfactory
condition. Fitness Concepts will not be responsible for
freight damage once you accept the item(s) shipped to you.
