Standard product orders will be processed within seven (7) business
days from the time payment is received on in-stock items.
All other orders which includes non-stocking item(s), special
orders and back orders will ship within fourteen (14) to twenty-one
(21) business days from receipt of payment. Some orders
such as special orders and/or backorders may take longer.
If this is the case then FitnessConcepts.net will contact you
with the necessary shipping information via email or phone.
All orders, except same day order cancellations are subject to
a cancellation charge. Same day order cancellations must
be telephoned into Customer Service and received no later than
5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday, to
avoid the cancellation charge. If an ordered is cancelled after
it has shipped, all shipping fees from and back to the originating
Fitness Concepts warehouse will be charged, even if the package
is refused. Credit(s) will be made within thirty (30) days
of merchandise return or cancellation authorization in the original
form in which payment was made.
Orders for custom made products such as commercial gym equipment,
special orders, flooring and remanufactured products that are
made to order cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.
To cancel an order, contact Customer Service at 800-371-8612,
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am through 5:00 pm Eastern Standard
Time (EST). The order number will be required to process
the cancellation. An email confirmation will be sent to
you when an order has been cancelled. If an email address
has not been provided, the confirmation will be sent via fax or
postal mail.
